At Lumberic India, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing genuine power backup products and reliable service. As we operate as an authorized dealer and distributor, our refund and return policy is governed by manufacturer guidelines and applicable service conditions.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is delivered in a physically damaged condition or is incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos as proof.

Products once installed, used, or activated are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to approval by the respective manufacturer or brand. Lumberic India does not independently process refunds unless explicitly authorized by the manufacturer.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of products, if applicable, is handled directly by the manufacturer through their authorized service centers. Lumberic India may assist customers in coordinating with the brand but does not guarantee replacement without manufacturer approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used products
  • Batteries once filled, charged, or activated
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before the product is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.

Limitation of Responsibility

Lumberic India shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party logistics partners, manufacturers, or service providers. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating communication and support where required.
