Manufacturer Warranty
The warranty period, terms, and conditions for each product are provided by the respective brand or manufacturer. Lumberic India does not offer any independent warranty beyond what is specified by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage may include repair or replacement of defective parts, as determined solely by the manufacturer’s service policy.
Role of Lumberic India
Lumberic India acts only as a sales and service facilitator. Any warranty claims, repairs, replacements, or refunds are handled directly by the respective brand’s authorized service centers, in accordance with their warranty policies.
We may assist customers in coordinating with the brand’s service team or provide guidance on the warranty claim process, but final approval and decisions rest with the manufacturer.
Warranty Claim Process
- Customers must retain the original invoice as proof of purchase
- Warranty claims must be raised directly with the brand’s authorized service center
- Product serial number and installation details may be required
- Installation must be performed as per manufacturer guidelines
Exclusions from Warranty
Warranty will not be applicable in cases including, but not limited to:
- Physical damage or mishandling
- Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations, natural calamities, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of the product beyond specified capacity or purpose
Refunds and Replacements

Limitation of Liability
